The Italian Job (1969)

British heist film that is perhaps the most British of British films ever made. Maybe that explains why America felt the need to remake it. A group of cons plan a robbery that requires them to organise one of the greatest car chases cinema has ever produced, all tied together with a jolly good cockney song! Michael Caine dresses dapper and is nothing short of amazing.

4 Britons abroad, putting the jib on out of 5
