the series. Like a matryoshka, the story leads Conan down a multi-layered scheme. The animation won't win any awards, but there are a few visual effects which enhance the film. Released by FUNimation, their plans to block out all references to the original title and its kanji are back. An angle option separating the original cut of the film from the English dub would have been a welcome addition. Instead, on all character profiles a rectangular gray eyesore is present. This is somewhat strange as many of the clues involve ironies between foreign alphabets. I can imagine the story being convoluted for a child, but there's plenty of action and heroic events to entertain all crowds.
