Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV (2000)

This follow-up to the franchise comes about 10 years too late, yet still manages to retain that same dirty and grimy look as the first one in 1984. The Toxic Avenger crosses over into the alternate dimension of Amortville, as the evil Noxious Offender takes over in his stead. This volume contains dolphins, mad cow boys, masturbators, Kabukiman, retarded kids and a talking, lynched head. And of course, plenty of tits. There may be a lot going on here, but it doesn’t exactly tie together in the most satisfying way.
There's also apparently a 5th film in the works (Toxic Twins) and a big budget Hollywood remake of the original on its way, if you can believe it.

Terror Firmer (1999)

This is a C-movie at best. Otherwise known as behind-the-scenes of Troma. A blind director’s movie is sabotaged (psych) when everyone on the set starts getting killed off in a grisly manner by a mysterious serial killer. Many silly, laugh-out-loud moments are to be found within this seedy little flick. Contains probably the best “twist” of all the Troma films (it’s a total cheat, of course). I had to take like 3 showers after watching this one.
