Friday the 13th clones persist, even into 2025. Maybe I'm dumb, but I thought this one was a lot of fun. Kind of a self-aware deconstruction of the genre that unfortunately falls into a few of its own pitfalls. But it's all in good fun. Keep your expectations at the bottom of the barrel and you won't be disappointed.

When I saw the trailer, for a second I was like, "Why is Timothée making a horror movie..." My brain can be weird. Honestly, Finn makes me feel better about myself. The whole Trevor getting his purpose stolen by Paul Rudd, of all people, situation. I heard he basically just becomes Eleven's boyfriend. Seems like he's getting screwed over all the time. I'm doing better than that~
