An owl with a broken wing befriends a street urchin while both attempt to get back home. This animated short confused me at first glance because it seems like traditional stop-motion puppetry, but it's actually achieved entirely in CG, janky movements and all. It's almost like an uncanny valley handmade effect. The result is entirely convincing, but somehow I feel like I've been swindled.
Anyhow, I admire it more for its unique visual style than its very basic premise.
