Chris Farley's final on-screen role (before tragically succumbing at 33) has him teaming up with Matthew Perry (another tragic case) as 2 buffoonish pioneers who race against Lewis & Clark to chart the United States in a Western comedy that summons to mind Wagons East (John Candy's last film). There are enough laughs to fill out the runtime although the effort is largely uneven as a whole. Farley does most of the heavy lifting, while Perry plays the smarmy straight man role, essentially replacing David Spade (but without all the chemistry).

While I certainly didn’t appreciate Matthew Perry’s comment about Keanu (I have to imagine that a LOT of people [now] like both him and Farley), people are going to make such comments. I’m sure I’ve said something akin to that, at some point in my life.
Credit to him, I was one of the few people who didn’t want revenge on his character in Fallout: New Vegas. I helped him and we both escaped Caesar’s Legion. Well, he did… The game is VERY against that decision and will have you jumped every time you leave a location, thereafter. A big knock against a game predicated on choice; a large kudos to him.
